Everything went well, and the service went relatively quick.
I’ve always had a good experience coming there, however this time I felt like the service was subpar. Firstly I had called in to see what the cost would be for the service I was having done and was quoted a much lower amount than the actual cost. Secondly I had asked for a call before doing any additional service and I never got that call and had an additional service done which increased the price even more.

The service was very ling ,it takes about 1h 40 mins and i did not have alerts to my text message about finishing the maintenance. The rep explained that the store is changing some computer system ...and i think i should get something (like oil change ) free of charge after the 30k miles service ...
