Bo was great, very professional.
The service team told me initially it would be 2 hours and I had to wait instead 3 hours. I had to miss my job shift entirely because of the lack of transparency about the actual timing. I kept being giving excuses instead of a realistic timeline. This was very poor customer service. I had bought two cars from this dealer and I’m disappointed about my experience.
I always have Bo as my service person. He takes care of my car as if it were his own and makes my trips to your dealership as pleasant ad they can be. I always know that he will make sure that any and all issues with my car are resolved and even arranges for delivery of my car to my home if necessary. It helps that you are very close to my home! Again, I appreciate the service that you have provided many times on my Venza!
