Bo provided excellent service, even though the problem with my car has still not been resolved.
I am really happy with the video/pictures sent by the technician showing the oil change and tire rotation. Bo is always very courteous and knowledgeable. I'm very happy with today's service.
Bo was not available when I went to pick up my car and no employee knew what I should do, it was frustrating.
I will definitely try and request Janice again for my service representative. She is professional, courteous, and efficient. Kept me up to date on my service, and more importantly did not try to up sell me on services not urgently needed.
Janice provided a level of service that I've only found at high end dealers and 5 star resorts. Whatever you're paying her is not enough. Thanks again Janice!
