The advisor suggested to do 2 additional work and told me that it can be done in an hour and a half and I agreed. After that time I was told that one of the recommended work was not performed because the hour and a half ran out. I suggested to the advisor that she should have checked with whether I could wait to get the job done. She said that the time for the job couldn’t be extended because that was promised and that was it. it soundex to me that the policy is to honor the tome promised was to be kept to improve customer's satisfaction but it backfired in my case. i asked to speak to the manager to voice my complain and at some point he said that they could do the work if i wanted or could wait longer but the advisor daid that she already tried yo do that but there were no technician available which confirmed my suspicion that she was given a time to do the job and if it couldn't be done they just move on to the next job. Now i have to make another appointment to have the work done and waist half a day to get the job done. I am asking that management give me a call regarding this issue and how they will correct the wrong.
