I do not wish to be contacted… he provided good service… he was kind and courteous… I just wish I had requested.. the previous woman I worked with… I ended up spending more money than I had available… he told me the services that likely would fulfill the engine light issue.. so I authorized not realizing some of the services would be done before telling me the issue the diagnostic being completed at that point too late to re-evaluate what I could afford….

Steve was nice and the service was done fast.
1) I indicated to your associate that the tire pressure light was on and it probably related to the spare tire. The report states that the spare tire was not checked out. The light is still on.
2) After picking up the car I noticed that the tires needed to be rotated, something that should have been picked up by the mechanic.
My overall impression is that the company employs TOO many people sitting at desks, working with computers and tablets, producing lots of paperwork.
Janice gave good service, communicating clearly about wot I should expect.
Vehicle is running very well.
Give Janice a raise.
