Sorry to say Hugo had a poor attitude. Not very friendly sarcastic,and rolling eyes when I declined services. Really not they type of person you want customer facing. I was going to inquire about a transmission flush but I did not feel comfortable doing further business with Hugo.

Bo was very helpful, took the time to explain when I should look at buying new tires, discussed general maintenance, ware & tear. Previously had questions on some of the apps & set up, which he followed up on.
This is my 3rd Toyota, and really enjoy my Avalon (although I miss a stick shift) Glad to have the option to manual shift via the pedals.
