Satisfied with the actual job done which was to program a new key. I was, however, not informed that the floor mat was placed in trunk. When I got home and went to throw away the paper floor mat I saw that the rubber floor mat on driver’s side was missing. I looked under mat on passenger side but it was not there. I assumed someone had forgotten to put it back so I drove all the way back to Toyota to be told it had been placed in the trunk! It never occurred to me to look in the trunk which seems like a weird place to put if. Whatever the reason, I wish I had been informed before driving back in traffic for no reason.

Your service folks were as accomodating as a Mercedes dealer Bravo. 68 dollars was a little high forn my tire repair though ,(nail) My Nissan dealer repaired a similar puncture for free . Just something to consider.
