Janice was great, however outside of her, I did not have a food experience at all. On Janice's day off, I had no one reach out about my car being ready, just someone who told me he was covering for Janice. I then went to pick up the car and was met with a ride, dismissive, and unprofessional worker (Bo) who told me things like, Hugo and Janice left and didn't tell me anything, how am I supposed to know if your car is ready, I don't know where it is, etc. I ended up leaving the car again overnight because Bo refused to actually help me.
All was great. Give Steve a raise!

The technician, Mrs. Acosta needs to work and her hospitality skills. Most important Toyota service department could not sell me one mudflap. I requested the drivers side mudflap replaced, but instead was informed I needed to buy all four of them. This is not service for someone who has been a faithful customer. A customer Reed technician could have helped me in the process of getting one instead of direct me to the junkyard.
Mr. Muñiz was amazing and knowledgeable of his work. Excellent customer service.
