Steve was halo fly in explaining the services and went above and beyond to assist me with some questions. Definitely a good employee and secured me as repeat business.

Hugo was very thorough in his explanations of the work to be done. He also answered my questions on a couple of topics. That made me feel comfortable.
Steve Elliot was disrespectful to us the customers, unprofessional, dismissive, and rude. Had made an appointment two days in advance for 11 am and waited until just after 4 pm just to receive my car even though it was sitting and ready to be pickup up for at least an hour before then. Steve made no attempts at initiating communication (had to ask about the car diagnostics, when it will be ready, etc) and when prompted about the time estimate (after seeing the car ready), he whined about ‘having 30 customers’ ahead of us (but I had to wait 7 hours with an appt?) and being understaffed, guess what? Not my problem. spoke nastily to us, if you hate your job, then quit, this is not the industry for you. Spoke to the services manager (hey chip!) he also did Jack about it. Would not recommend Toyota Hartford at all! :( i left a message for GM Jim Webster, and I look forward to hearing back.
