Jashaira was FABULOUS! She gets a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10, 10 is best! She has nothing to do with why I was not satisfied. The issue was the cost of the service versus what I was told I would pay when I made the appointment. I made the appointment with Brittany, who told me there would be no charge for the service. She said the first three services were at no cost as long as they were done before the end of September. Upon check in, I was informed that was not true and I did end up paying. Jashaira did her best to the make it right for me and she gave me EXCEPTIONAL customer service. However I am not happy with the disparity regarding the cost. I hope to speak with some further about the matter. Leslie is the person I purchased my car from and he remains helpful to me post purchase. Both he and Jadhaira are stars in my book and represent the dealership extremely well. To discuss this further, I may be contacted at ****-****-xxxx.
