I paid for a oil change that I didn't need. My car needed to be serviced instead. I was going by the sticker on the inner left corner of the windshield. After the oil change was completed that's when I was told that i didn't need a oil change. This is my second time coming in for a oil change that was not needed . Your representatives needs to look on the customers history and inform them of what is needed on their vehicles. I will not be coming back again.
