Bo was great, as always. He greeted me immediately upon arrival, clearly explained the services I’d be getting, gave me an accurate time estimate, updated me shortly after they began work on the car, noticed and fixed himself a scuff in my paint (I had that scuff before I arrived), processed me quickly in the payment phase, and wore a mask the whole time he interacted with me. Really appreciated it all!! Thank you!

Very disappointed in my overall experience. I had an appointment set for 8am and I was told my car would be done by 12pm. They told me the whole process takes 3 hours to complete. I went back at 2pm since I never received a call that my car was ready for pickup and my car hadn’t been touched. Then, they told me they can start working on my car next but I would have to wait 3 MORE hours. No one ever apologized or gave me an explanation as to why I had a SCHEDULED appointment for 8am and my car hadn’t been touched at 2pm.
Everything thing went well.
Kyle was AWESOME! He was able to both explain and guide me through the challenges of adjusting to a new, and much more technology advanced car. And did I mention patience? Thank you Kyle. I’m now much more confident in my ability to use the features of my new car
Very happy to see the suggestions I gave last year about when I bring my vehicle in for service you listened and made the change. When the new building was complete, there were stumbles on being waited on. I would just stand there waiting someone to ask me what service I was here for. Crickets!

Im copying the email that I sent to Toyota a few hours ago describing my disappointment with the treatment received today.
After waiting for a week for my appointment, I got to the store at 8am and the adviser Jashaira Torres was the one assisting me.
She told me that the service to be performed in my vehicle would take about 3 hours, which I assume would be completed by 11 am. I waited until 2 pm and I did not hear from her. After calling the store, someone told me that my car should be done before the store closes at 5pm, which is obvious!
I was outrageous, so I took an uber to the store to check what was going on. At about 4pm, I asked to another advisor about Jashira because she wasn't her desk, and he told me that she was going to be back shortly.
When she got to her desk, I asked her about my car, and she told me in a rude way that she wasn't expecting me and that she was helping another customer at the moment and when she was done with her customer she was going to call me.
If it wasn't enough having to wait for almost 8 hours to get my car, she decided to be rude to me and treat me with attitude as If she was doing me a favor by looking at my case.
Service and care were excellent
Very prompt and friendly and most importantly the waiting time was short.
Cesar was great, printed out for me how many prepaid service calls I had remaining, friendly.
I do have a suggestion though- maybe some chairs outside?
Jashaira was very helpful. She took the time to do a little digging in order to answer all my questions and to give me all the information that I need for my next visit.
