Steve was very nice and very pleasant which I appreciated. I was concerned about the number of people who were improperly wearing face masks nor and I didn’t see sanitizing stations. Also, I wanted to test drive a new Highlander and Steve directed me to the receptionist. She promised she would send someone over however. no one came over. My lease is up in December and I’m trying to decide if I want to stay with the Highlander.

I actually rendered some critical feedback about my treatment, lack of service, during my last visit, but It seems I did not catch anyone’s interest. It was a great job was a oil change but they didn't clean the car it was good job
I was satisfied with the customer service. Steve and Bo are my favorite, they explain what the issues are with my vehicle and answer any of my questions. To be honest I only come to this location because of them I trust them both and I am comfortable with them.
Made an app for 7:30 and car didn’t go into mechanic bay until 8:45. Why are appointments made? Eventually Left dealership at 11. Long day
