We bought our 2017 RAV4 from Hartford Toyota on 7/9/2020. While driving down 91, the blind spot monitor message came on. I brought the car in and am being told the repair is not covered because the car was hit in the rear causing the sensor to be out of alignment. The car was NOT hit since purchasing it and the repair should absolutely be covered. There are no signs of the car being hit. Clearly, we are extremely unhappy with our first service experience with Hartford Toyota. The car is still in your possession. Feel free to call me to discuss. ****-****-xxxx. Laurie M
Very disappointed he lure me to deal but i got a complete different result afterwards. What you sell should be what you deliver. I think it was a complete waste if time, money coming there. Same reasons i already knew was wrong with car was the same reason he gave me. I do not see why i needed to pay extra for the same reasons i already knew even after telling him before we deal.A poor sales man.
Again great service and time in and out. My associate knew costs of any combination of outcomes regarding my tire pressure warning light issue.

I wish I had been given more feedback on the status of the service, how long it was taking, and what they found. Also, the team seemed unprepared for the issue I came in with even though I clearly provided all the information when I made the appointment. Poor communication.
