It took just under 2 hours and 40 mins for an oil change and tire rotation. No sense of politeness or acknowledging that it was well above an average wait time. No sorry for the long wait, have a good day. It’s just the way of the world these days once a company has secured your business their focus and energy seems to only be on the next potential customer or sale.

I made an appointment for an oil change for 7:30 AM my car was still not ready at noon time. Almost 5 hours and you guys can’t get it done? Why make an appointment? Very poor overall experience!
