Too much time was taken for just oil change. One hour and fifty five minutes. Also mismanagement. My reciprocal was given to me but nobody knows where was my van. When van was founded nobody knows where was key of van
The service was fast and it was comfortable to be in the center. Kyle was courteous and friendly.
My assigned service guy was out I was lucky and Mgr handled my car. This was supposed to be the return visit for radio replacement and taillight. The tail light was wrong So I will have to go back again.
I was satisfied with the work and the quick appointment time that Hartford Toyota provided me on the Toyota recall, although it took an extra day to complete the work due to the crack fuel casing made by the employee trying to due the recall task. It also took a full day for Hartford Toyota to return my car even though the work was completed by 9:45 AM I did not get my car until 2:30 PM on 10/6/2020. If I knew at 9:45 AM it would take a full to return my car I would have driven to Hartford Toyota to pick up my car.
My concern was addressed. Cesar was understanding, polite, calm. Always nice to have a clean car to get back into.

Well first it took me forever to make an appointment. Called four times and waiting well over 20 minutes to try to talk with someone. Also your website didn’t work for a few weeks to make an appointment online. I had to email someone to fix that. Then I scheduled an appointment and I felt like I was bothering the guy that I was working with. He asked if I had any concerns and I asked how much a part would cost and when he called parts. He complained how he most likely won’t get a lunch and seems annoyed. Instead of saying “oh let me look into it for you and let’s get the right thing you need. We will have the tech look at it and we will get you a quote for exactly what you need and I’ll let you know. He get the price was parts and then adds labor and says well it will be about 200 bucks. Professional way is to give me a paper quote with everything. Not very happy. Haven’t been very impressed with this service department the last few times I have been here. Been going to this dealership for last ten years and bought three cars. First three years were amazing and now getting bad year over year.
Stephen and for many years provided me with Excellent and very professional services. He is very pleasant to deal with.
