I asked for a loaner car which they said they would provide. I confirmed it the day before. I got there and they said that I could not have a loaner car. Thank goodness I went early. They said that they could get it done while I waited. I needed to get to work! I saw that they were done with my car and was told that I could take my car. The key was in the ignition. They called me to tell me that they had my key fob. So I had to go back again to get it. This caused me a lot of stress about getting to work on time. I wanted to avoid this stress by getting a loaner car which I confirmed and they wouldn’t give me one. Not happy at all!
