The service was great, however, I get there and the service person said are you also going the recall. I D isn’t have 3 hours as I made other plans for work. Why wasn’t I sent something about recall? When I booked this service (35,000 mile), why didn’t the person who was booking me let me know about this? I’m sure my VIN is on the service account and that should trigger recalls. Now I have to. One back next week for 3 more hours! Not good.

Steve was excellent! He greeted me kindly, listened to the issues that I brought the vehicle in for and was very understanding when I had an issue with the loaner car. I was not called to tell me I needed an alignment and had my car delivered back to me without that being done and had to bring it back. Kyle was very helpful when I brought the car back to get the alignment done.

why is it the coffee machine wasn’t working i don’t drink coffee but that’s the least they could do for the customers just sitting watching tv no juice no coffee with wow
