I am so grateful for Chip. My husband detected a large screw in my tire and to be safe insisted I take it to Toyota immediately, I was concerned with the timing as I had an appointment within a few hours. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly Chip was able to get my tire plugged and safely send me on my way. I am so appreciative of how this was handled and the effort to go above and beyond . Well, Cezar did his job, which is so far satisfying,however I am not pleased at all with the way my whole service request was handled.I called on 11/2 and asked to have my 4runner tires replaced. Price was given by Pedro 3 tires with the 4th free. I asked again to be sure, 3 with the 4th free, yes, was Pedro's answer. My husband goes the next day when order came in to have work done, totally different story, was told promo is over, has to pay for all 4 tires. When Pedro was confronted by his coworker, he denied the fact of telling me I was getting the promo deal. Yes, promo was approved after my husband had to go through hoops. I believe your employee should be more aware of the sales and promotion when dealing with customers and not give false information. We have been loyal customers for over 20 years.
Peter the shuttle driver was great too. He made me feel like I’ve known him for years with his great personality.

My truck was taken care of in a timely manner while I was working. When I picked it up it only took a couple of minutes to finalize the transaction. Mr. Myta was very pleasant.

Had an 11:00 appointment, dropped the car off at 10:00 needed it done by 1:00. Arrived to pick it up at 1:15 and had to wait ONE HOUR for it to be done! That’s not how a customer should be treated!
