The cost of four new brake systems of $1,900+ was ridiculous. The work was done timely and Steve was nice but the price was too high. I will explore other options before returning for service, and recommend that my friends do the same.
I wanted more explanation on how my car was serviced. But I was told to check my email while the rep trained another staff member.

The service provided by the Adviser was excellent however I did not feel enough was being done to keep me safe in the waiting area. Two of the 3 other customers were without a face covering for most of the time they waited and I did not see the soft chairs sanitized when they left before I did which made me wonder about the chair I was sitting in.
