7 months and only 1400 miles ago Hartford Toyota insisted I needed a 4 wheel alignment costing $109... on a 14 month old car (ergo out of warranty for alignment). Now I was told it needed another per the customer reception screening. Either there’s a problem with Toyotas OR Hartford Toyota (a new profit item?). After refusing and making quite a fuss alignment was check on a real machine (not the welcome customer screener) and right read was slightly marginal but OK. What if my wife (not an engineer) had taken it in. Would she have been hit for another $109? Disgraceful!!!

Bo listened. I even brought in a video of the issue since it had occurred a few weeks prior & there was no solution when I brought in my van. I was at a point where I was uncomfortable not knowing if my car was going to start. Thank you Bo!
