Janice was beyond helpful and great to deal with but the rest of my service experience was terrible got stuck with a towing service that was suppose to automatically get me a tow that was a joke and the list goes on but was a terrible overall experience from everything I heard about Toyota was a huge let down after buys a brand new car

I intend to return for a problem that Kyle has indicated that the tire pressure ilight on my display is turning on. I was told that it was because of cold temperatures, (never had that come on with the other 2 winters since I bought the car).

Mechanic person did a great job. I wasn’t happy with wait time in the car after before service person attend me. I have to wait 15 minute in the car. Also after car was serviced it took 40 minutes to hand over me my car. Why more wait time than actual service time.

Service Associate did not greet or announce or give instructions once I drove my car in. The maintenance associate literally stood there to the side with an unwelcoming Demeanor even though my window was midway down. Seeking some sort of acknowledgment or direction I got none and he went on to another car once I initiated a conversation. I mentioned my hesitation, due to the pandemic Changing everything and he just went on to another car.
The representative, was very dismissive once I informed him I needed to go to pick up my child. He was having a conversation I later found out was an associate and then started a new conversation with peers while my car had been sitting for over 20mins. I’m not sure why I was told he was the only person able to cash me out and why during his conversations he did multitask and complete notes he already went over and gave a copy to me. As a returning customer the expectation was not met in service and experience overall was poor. Unacceptable!
One hour and 1/2 is to much for tire rotation and liquidscheck special if you have appointment. Very disappointed about time management !!! This us not the right way to do business !
I came in for routine maintenance with an appointment and it took an hour and a half to complete. No one gave me an update at any time. This seemed like a very long time for an oil change and tire rotation.
It was nice seeing a woman doing this job. No offense to Men!
