After agreeing to pay $99 for an alignment. I was then told after having the car looked at that it was not able to be done due to the fact of a bent part on the suspension. I ultimately paid $158 for an alignment service that was not provided. I was not informed that regardless if it could not be done I would have to pay. I would like to dispute this charge as I was not given consent that due to a bent suspension part, I would still be liable for a service that was not provided, only attempted.

Despite being told twice about your ability to test/evaluate the hybrid battery pack on my Prius, you refused/we're unable to do so. This was after waiting an hour while you "worked" on my car.

Oh I forget I need brakes and pads four of them. I didn't have enough money right now to have them changed. I haven't gotten a pay check in weeks. I have a second vehicle to use right now till I had enough money to have breaks fixed. I don't think I will be bringing my car to Toyota I'm afraid when I leave I'll need to get a transmission by the time I get home.
Brought car in for oil change, had to return car, because oil light came on Indicating oil was low. Leak on ground at home.
Service was done in the time frame I was told..courteous young lady helped me get through the process
