Chip was wonderful! He went above and beyond to ensure that service was completed in a timely manner, even going the extra lengths so I could pick it up before work. Thank you Chip!
Kyle Archidiacono was great, but my tires had the incorrect pressure. They were all wrong and very low psi. I don’t think I should have to come home and fill my tires to the correct psi after paying to get my tires changed and balanced.

Janice is very customer friendly and knowledgeable. And if she doesn’t have the answer she’ll find out for you. However, I had my car detailed and when I got home I found the rug mats in the trunk soaked. I had to take them out and dry them. Now the bottom of the trunk remains wet.
Once again Kyle got me hooked up with what I needed and got me on my way. Job well done.

I didnt feel welcome, i was approached by the rept but his approach was dry like he didnt want to be at work. Didnt say good morning but at the end ones my service was completed he change to a new person saying have a great holiday. I own a couple business and customers service is the key, that how u keep customers keep coming, i felt since it was my 1st time i didnt feel welcome. Also there was no snack or nothing for customer to snap on or drink. Hope i jave a better experience next time.
Called and left me a message that my car was ready but did not mention anything about a tire needing to be replaced! Found this out when I arrived to pick up my car and found out I had to replace a tire, so I had to quickly make plans to take my car elsewhere to get this done. Really annoying because if I had picked up my car later, this whole process would have been delayed and I need my car to go to work on Sunday. Overall poor service as usual at Hartford Toyota but there’s unfortunately no other options. Also bo Myta was rude as usual and dismissive when we came to pick up my car just as he was last time. Rude, doesn’t even greet customers, makes no eye contact. Absolutely rude. Would never recommend this place to Anyone unless they are desperate. Also charged me $75 to do literally nothing and calling it a diagnostic. Complete scam and ripoff from you guys as usual, hope karma comes around.
Awesome service visit no problems in and out in around 30 min
Service was very slow. 2 hours for an oil change is not what I expected especially with having an appointment which was made over 2 weeks ago. There were not enough service reps for the number of cars bring serviced.
Janice is very professional and made every effort to keep in contact to let us know how the repair was progressing.
