Janice was very friendly, and she was helpful and flexible when my schedule changed multiple times during the service. Service was completed when she said it would be, and I was able to pick up my car and head out immediately afterwards. Great service--thanks again!

Bo is easy to work with and explains everything clearly. He makes me feel like a valued customer which is why I continue to come back for service. I actually had a very negative experience with a different service person on 1/30 and was contemplating going to another dealership. Because I can work with Bo I will stay with you, he made that much of a difference.
