It was a little embarrassing on the part of Hartford Toyota for me to buy a car, sign the paperwork and not be able to start the car. I was asked by Steve how long I had the Sienna, my reply was that the ink was still wet from 10 minutes ago. But I am satisfied that the old battery was replaced for no additional charge.
