I made a 9:15am appointment for an oil change. It was finished at 1pm. I told the man I’d leave and come back to which he said “ if you stay It’ll be an hour and a half, if you leave he couldn’t say how long. I arrive at 12pm and he tells me it’ll another half and hour. I wait and see my car on the screen just sitting there. At 12:30 I see them take it to what I assume to change the oil. Pulling up an half hour later... finished. The associate didn’t say anything towards regarding having to wait that long.Whether or not the person stays, I made an appointment and my car should have been in the order to which they came. Horrible and unorganized. Do better for your customer.
