Always very bad experience. This time key( was not in my vehicle. I went back to dealership and asked for the key back and no one was able to help me out and they brought me to manger explain him when I got my van back there was no key inside vehicle and he didn’t even had time to listen to my story and I was told they will be contacting me once they find it and they never called me and I called them back and no one response me and this time I am using my second key

- Went in for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation at 9:39am.. Thinking I could make it to work on time for 11:30am. Service advisor Steve Elliott indicated I should be done by a little before 11am, I was okay with this. I was not notified it would be taking longer, instead I had to look for him and ask him when it’d be done for him to tell me he “doesn’t know, maybe 20 minutes”.. At this point it’s around 11:20am. No sense of urgency or apology for the delay, nothing along those lines. Then he tells me that there’s some repairs that need to be done ASAP, I tell him they cannot be done today. I was told that my driver belt was “soaked in oil”, which, thankfully I know a bit about my car and checked it out when I got home. Belt was not oily whatsoever, not a drop of oil. Not only did they waste my time, but they also flat out lied. I bought this vehicle new at this same dealership over a decade ago, and have been servicing it at Hartford Toyota since. This is the last time I will receive service from Hartford Toyota, unfortunately. I don’t typically write these, as I fear they’ll impact someone’s job, but I feel they tried to take advantage of me, and that is not okay.
