Janice was the first person to get up and greet me. She pulled up my information including my prepaid plan. In approximately one hour I received a call from her information me that my vehicle was ready for pick up. I felt at ease with her and she made me feel comfortable.
Steve was extremely courteous and helpful he went above and beyond to resolve an issue in getting my tires replaced by tires for life last service representative had no clue on that process. Steve is an asset to Toyota and he deserve a bonus for his great customer service and the ability to listen to the customers. Going forward I will request him at future car service.
