Year 4 as a customer today Hartford Toyota. One complaint; your service experience has been fantastic, the work performed but also the experience while waiting in the “lounge”. Your WiFi enables me to stay productive but today there was a loud radio broadcast going on (south side of bldg?) and the TVs going in the lounge; EXTREMELY NOISY/FRUSTRATING! Please pick one or the other or neither would be better! Thanks!

Kyle was excellent, there was one small problem, actually a big one. My key, after service was done it's usually placed in the cup holder, side of the door or on the seat somewhere were the customer can find it. I didn't look twice and left the dealership, it wasn't until I went to my folks place to visit them that I went to look for the key in the usual places and didn't find it. I called the dealership and I spoke with Kyle and he told me to come back and he will help find the key. He looked and I looked Kyle found them in the back part of the vehicle under the tract of the driver side and Kyle found it because he had to move the seat forward in order to find it. I would not in a million years would have thought to look under the tract of my seat mover. Other than that Kyle did a great job.
