Great service

I am not pleased with the pleased; with the detail processing of my purchased car. The saleswoman-Sonia was great; but the condition of the car when picked up was completely dissatisfied. The car was not detailed inside, filthy dirty, I had to get it detailed to be safe, one of the rear taillights were out, had to bring car back for them to find a crack in globe and moisture had built up and Kyle said parts had to be ordered to replace light, and I reached from CT-DMV that the car had to go thru emissions by 3/27, I feel that this should of been done before I picked the car up, I also feel that you are very sloppy in your practices, wagered to get a sale but, not for customer satisfaction. I also spoke to Mgr.Guy, and he was apologetic but,I also brought car back for emission and didnt receive slip showing it was completed. You need to do better. I dont think I would ever do business with you again. I have always driven Toyota and decided to upgrade to Lexus and your your quality of customer satisfaction ****. Respectfully
