Didn't receive any details about the service or an eta. Took almost an hour and a half and forgot to wash the car even. Had to wait extra for a quick wash and drove away with the car still dripping. Not the best service I've recieved.

There was miscommunication with Lyft on the shuttle back. I wish the driver had called me when he arrived. He sent me a text, which I did not notice, and then he just left.

I have a concern with your Hartford store, I bought my car from you and I referred my daughter to buy her car and you was supposed to refund or give me $200.00 for the referral someone and it’s about one year and a few months and have not received it. It’s not about getting the money it’s about principle. I will buy another car but unfortunately NOT with the Hartford Store and I will NOT refer any one to that store.
