We had asked for an oil change to be done at the same time of the vehicle repairs but it was not recorded or performed. We had to make another appointment and bring the car in again next week which is inconvenient since you already had the car for 4 days.

Janice was extremely patient and friendly. I have no idea what happened with my key, but when I was panicked, she told me it would be fine and it was. Once my car was ready, she directed me out because the car area was kind of crowded, and she did it all with a smile. I was moving slowly because I fell before coming in, and she never rushed me. I know she had plenty to do because everyone does these days. I sincerely appreciate the patience. Although, I couldn't see her face, it felt like she provided service with a smile. Yes Steve Elliott is fine but I’m just disappointed in how long it takes for my car to get simple service. Hire some more mechanics or something please!
