When my 2017 Hybrid Prius was towed by AAA into your dealership it was found that my car battery was dead. But there was no warning that it would die soon and and that the warranty had expired. Given the cost of the replacement you should contact the customer and it should not take two days to replace the battery.
I am totally dissatisfied by the Toyota administration service center.
First of all nobody picks up my call for a backup car when I was in dire need.
Yesterday I made an appointment for Lyft service for 8am then I called early morning at 7:05 to confirm my shuttle and guess what I was told that you
don’t provide service early in the morning.
I had to spend $30 on Lyft service today morning to get my RAV4 from the service center for which I spent $50,000 to your store. This is the service I get in return.
Other stores give their customers a backup car until their car is fixed. Plus my car was actually being recalled and you guys don’t even take responsibility when your customer is in danger or in dire need. I am no longer buyer a car from your Hartford Superstore ever again. Good Luck with your

I had an oil change done. I paid $10 more than I usually pay. The car usually get a quick vacuum and wash perhaps out of courtesy to customers and not even that was done. I was very surprised when I was told my car was done. I was disappointed in the service. I have been coming there since 2012 when I first got my car. Highly disappointed in the service that was offered me yesterday. Thank you.
