Prices for rims and wheels are too expensive. I saved almost $1,000 going to town fair tire. Over priced for OEM parts. Go somewhere else.

When we first came in with our problem. The guy said “I hate these kind of claims” with a total attitude. Super inappropriate and was super rude to us when “dealing” with us. We could tell he didn’t want to help us because it was towards the end of the day. Terrible customer service.

The regular service was performed as usual but there's a check engine light on the dashboard and it went without checking to see the reason behind it.
Everything went smooth. The scheduling was perfect. The representative that I met first thing in the morning was awesome. It was definitely very quick and efficient in the morning where I was able to get out with the courtesy car and get right to work. In the afternoon when I picked up my Highlander I notice that when I got to my vehicle I had to reinstall my child's car seat that had to be removed in order to do the repair. That wasn't a problem. It appeared that there was a lot of sand and other floor debris on my seats and center armrest from the floor mats. I just thought it would have been a nice courtesy to lightly vacuum up where they had made a mess. I know my car wasn't actually perfectly clean but it would have been an extra touch that would have really made it a perfect visit.
