Janice was very pleasant. She kept me in the loop. She made sure what my appointment was for. She explained what they would be replacing the gas pump. Set it up to be about two hours. It was less time. I saw my car come out and within a minute she was coming to get me. I would love to work with her the next time I come in for service

Toyota doesn’t care about the required mask mandates. My only choice was to wait outside in the rain or indoors with half a dozen people, none of whom were wearing masks. I mentioned it to the rep and he didn’t care. Won’t be returning.

I pointed out problem with one tire lusing pressure and have to pomp every second day.They didn’t resolve my problem and after I live this place I have to pomp my tire again every other day .It was not so good services.

In the process of replacing my recalled air bag device my dashboard was scratched/cut. My car is not a new car; however, it did not have a scratch/cut when I took it to get serviced for a recall. Now it has one. Remember: Someone’s else garbage is another person’s treasure.
