Janice was truly excellent, taking care in checking me in to make sure all the information on the car and this service was accurate, and calling me that the car was ready right at the time she estimated when I checked in. She walked me to a point where I could see the vehicle, so I didn't even have to look at all for its location! Super service!

I was pleased the representative that helped me was wearing a mask.
Only asked for one remote battery to be replaced, was charged for two at $10 each. After nest was removed from under engine cover - the technician should have automatically checked the cabin filter & fan especially since the requested service was finished before 10am and the car was at the dealer all day till 4pm.
I picked up vehicle at 4:30 and immediately recognized problem with cabin fan at which point mgr. Mike Wells took ownership of problem and cleaned out more nesting material and cabin filter $36 + tax.
The service department refused to fix the issue with the car. This was our 2nd attempt at getting them to fix the issue but it was not done. The servive department people blamed ths driver for the vehicles issues. Very disappointed with our experience. Please return call @Al ****-****-xxxx.
