Bo was excellent to work with. As a service rep, he explained everything that needed to be done and followed up by a call w/ an update and explanations for additional service to be considered. His relationship shills were great and he definitely established a rapport. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my vehicle back 4 service with Bo!

It is my greatest pleasure to visit Hartford Toyota and see Mr Elliot kind curious very professional.
I got robbed and disrespected. I bought that car from Hartford Toyota in 2008. At that time I was happy with the service. Your technicians ripped the electrical wires out, and lied to Geico insurance that rats ate the wires. Kyle from Geico inspected the, car he found out that they lied, and refused to honor the claim. So now Hartford Toyota is saying that wires were burnt, and that is not true. So what they want to do is to charge me $4025.00 for ripping out the wires in my car. I now do not have a car to go to work. I will never do business again with you guys ever. All I asked is that you give me back my car the way I gave it you. There’s nothing wrong with it mechanically. I have paid so $441.00 for very poor, and unprofessional service. I will never ever recommend anyone to you guys period!!!

The representative was rude. I told him I need to check with my wife about something and he replied in a sarcastic tone that I did not know what I wanted to do. Very rude and unprofessional.
Everything was great except I didn’t get my car wash. Am not sure if that’s a new policy.

Janice was very professional and very helpful when I had problems adjusting my seat before I left.
Came in without an appointment to get a brake light replaced and was taken right away.
Light replaced and I was on my way.
