I asked the service tech to sync my cell to my RAV 4. He worked on it and set it was done, but when I got home I could still not make cell phone calls from my RAV 4. I am paying for this service and it is not working.
Excellent rapport with me throughout the process from diagnosing the problem to scheduling a time to service my Camry, to explaining what needs to be done and the parts that need to be ordered, the labor costs etc.
Answering all my questions satisfactorily and being available at any time to discuss any concerns that I had.
Steve Elliot is very courteous at all times and keeps me informed of the progress being made while offering me a loaner vehicle because of the extensive work being done. Then making sure that I was satisfied with the loaner vehicle.
