I had to ask about a service bulletin to update the transmission control module to the latest programming. Had I not asked, I would have had to pay for the reprogramming during my next service. To achieve excellence in customer service, Hartford Toyota should be notifying customers of applicable service bulletins when a car comes in for service.

Steve greeted me with a big smile, explained my service options and costs and kept me informed throughout my appointment. My car was done about 30 minutes before his estimated timing, which was a plus. He went over the results of the 40k checkup and checkout was easy. 10/10 would recommend. I love that they washed my car too- a simple but much appreciated touch.
