Steve was able to get our vehicle in for service quickly. He took our problem on. He was able to diagnose it quickly and we were out of the shop in basically one day.
I was told that my battery cap was missing and I would need to purchase a new battery soon. I do not understand how my battery cap is missing when I do not go under my hood the only people that work on my car is from Hartford Toyota. This is the second in today that has cost me unnecessary money!

I still have an issue with the service contacts. Service at your facility has always been stellar. My beef is with the service contracts. I have been unable to get credit for the fifth service on one contract. This affected my last 2 services. Service manager was once again unable to rectify situation.
The sales advisor was irritable and short, almost seemed aggravated. I was there for a little over two hours with everyone that came after me leaving before me. The advisor was inpatient in his responses to my questions and seemed to ignore opening the bay doors for me to leave even though he told me to drive up and was directly across from me. Someone else who heard me beeping repeatedly had to come let me out. It was my second visit to your dealership, and the first was much more pleasant.
