Estelle was exceptionally helpful in getting our Prius repaired the same day. That was very much appreciated with the predicament we were in needing to return home to Concord, Mass following the theft of our catalytic converter. And a big thank you to Estelle for taking photos that were all my Insurance company needed in lieu of an adjuster’s inspection.

I am not happy with the service I received because after paying nearly $1300 the engine light is back on. Evidently the part was defected
