Had an appointment for my vehicle to be serviced, once the part came in. S dropped my vehicle off the night before the appointment and called later the next day to find out it was never worked on, since Steve was out that day. Toyota needs to work out the kinks in the process so this doesn’t happen in the figure. Service advisors should rightfully be able to take their earned time off, but it shouldn’t impact a customer with a scheduled appointment on the rep’s day off.
