After last service, oil change and tire rotation I noticed the lack of a nut on the wheel

My car is usually gets washed at the dealer after getting serviced. This time that didn’t happen. My car was completely dirty from the mechanics’ hands and boots. Dirty hand prints all over my car. If I bring in my car clean, it should come back clean.

My service adviser, Janice Acosta, was SO helpful in making sure that my visit included all the recommended service procedures AND that I was able to get to a 4:00 PM meeting back in Storrs on time! When my car hadn't come back at the target time, she vigorously pursued why, and succeeded in getting me in it and headed out quickly.
