Very simple and professional experience
The technitions forgot to reset the warning alerts. Also did not replace sticker to say when oil change is due. So now my wife is driving around reading the warnings messages. This was an easy step in the process and we need it fixed on Saturday morning the 13th when the service opens. Thank you. The service provided by the woman whose name I accidentally passed over was good. She would not have been aware of the error.
We need a break on Maintenance repairs because there is so much work that needs to be done. Estimated costs of around 2k, need a 10% reduction?
Bo was very kind and explained everything that was going to be looked at on my vehicle. He notified us throughout the day and took the time again to explain what was done to the car and the break down of what it cost.
