Other then not changing the name to the correct spelling. I very pleased that Bo was able to get me right in after explaining that I had made an appointment weeks ago and attempted to confirm it twice today with no return call. He informed me that it should be done by 4:30 and to my surprise it was completed by 4pm

How is it possible that after leaving your service the nut on the wheel was missing.
I made oil change and tire rotation
When I came back the next day to explain it, the lady from the service showed me a picture that I supposedly came to the service without a nut on the wheel.
Why didn't the mechanic report it?
why he let me leave with a poorly-fledged car?

I would very much like to thank Darlene who went beyond the call of duty I was trying to make an appointment for over a week and no one never returned my call then I spoke to Darlene and she tried to transfer the calls three times no luck I explained to her that for over a week I been trying to make an appointment for an oil change she then contacted someone and told them to call me and guess what no one called at this point I was upset,sweet Darlene call me back and I told her she then contact someone and made me an appointment which again I was not happy due to the fact I have been trying for over a week in closing I want to thank Darlene for her patience and sweet spirit I did give her boss a gift card to give to her and I will be checking to make sure she did receive it ???? thank you Darlene

As a comment I bought a Corolla in 1972 from
Lynch Toyota and I continually retired it for a simple wheel alignment. I took it to a local garage and the charged $20 to fix. I have never ever been back to Lynch Toyota.
