Thus was a fine experience! I have not left a dealership with such confidence since L.A.Muston ran the Abilene Buick house service in the late 1970s-early 1980s. That won't mean anything to you youngsters, but it's high praise, indeed!

Completely dissatisfied with your prices. I feel you deceived me. When I set up the appointment online, it said $95.38. When I received a text from you stating the service was completed, the same price was given. When I went to pay, the price was $162.25. I had a fit!!! Even on the invoice it said Estimate Amount $95.38. I told your service advisor that this is a deceitful practice. He pointed out that the invoice under oil change “Starting rate please see advisor for pricing. It didn’t say that under either of the wiper blade replacements. I am extremely upset at your dealership for changing the price by $67!!! Very deceitful. I am extremely loyal to your dealership for all my Hyundai needs, except tires. I told your service advisor that you may just priced yourself out of this loyal customer’s budget. But the main fact that at 3 different points the price was $95.38 until payment time. There are many ASE certified mechanic shops in town who do a great job and are much cheaper. I may have to find me a different shop. I think you will feel the pinch from other customers like me.
