My car was parked at your facility for 3 months while I was in dispute HMA. While the issue finally got resolved I was shocked when I picked it up and found not a spot of dust wiped, not a swipe of a vacuum and not even ran through your car wash.
Hyundai lets on they care about customer satisfaction however a simple gesture of like cleaning the car (that would cost your company nothing) would have been refreshing. Instead it was yet another reminder of how far off the mark your company is in customer satisfaction.
Unfortunately I was in a hurry or I would have requested it be done before I left.

After replacing fan belts they were squealing. Took back said alternator pulley. Said would replace for free but had to locate part
If could not would replace alternator. That was about month ago. Heard nothing. Belts still squealing.
