Sandra’s warmth, kindness, and attentiveness wowed me from the start. She took the time to ask me what I needed while I waited and told me about all the amenities in the waiting area. And as critical updates surfaced, she was quick to update me in person. This was our first service appointment for my wife’s new car and it really set the tone for me. I currently own a Tesla, and have owned a BMW and Chevrolet in the past. This was far and away the BEST service experience I’ve ever had. No other appointment even comes close. Sandra is a STAR associate and I hope she knows how appreciative we are!

Local service is great. Hyundai corporate moves at a snails pace and is absolutely ridiculous. Not happy.
