I had to say yes because the service that was done (safety recall for FCA) made no visible indication to me. I know this was necessary, but I didn't like being without a vehicle for 4 1/2 hours.

Sandra Griggs treats you and talks to you as if you was one of her family members It's a great experience talking to her and working with her. She is very honest and straight up when it comes to your car being serviced She is the only person I will talk to and deal with when it comes with my car She treats you better than Eric the service manager. That is my opinion so don't take it wrong Eric service manager.
